Here are some FAQ’s

I have no WIFI or Internet:

  • Check the phones to see if they have dial tone. If not it’s more than likely a ISP failure, call your internet provider (Comcast, Verizon, Cox, etc.)

I have Dial Tone on my Phones but no WIFI or Internet:

  • Go to the Main Rack (normally located in an room/office)
  • Look for the UPS or Battery
  • Find the power switch and power off
  • Leave off for 15-20 seconds
  • Power back (This will set all the devices)
  • Will take a minute or two for everything to reboot

  • Check the HDMI cable, make sure it’s tight
  • Are the lights on the 4K extender? take a picture incase you need a service call
  • No Lights – Check power cord for 4K Extender

All TV shows “No Signal”:

  • Check the HDMI at the source end, Computer, Laptop or Input Source Device.
