Here are some FAQ’s
I have no WIFI or Internet:
- Check the phones to see if they have dial tone. If not it’s more than likely a ISP failure, call your internet provider (Comcast, Verizon, Cox, etc.)
I have Dial Tone on my Phones but no WIFI or Internet:
- Go to the Main Rack (normally located in an room/office)
- Look for the UPS or Battery
- Find the power switch and power off
- Leave off for 15-20 seconds
- Power back (This will set all the devices)
- Will take a minute or two for everything to reboot

TV shows “No Signal”:
- Check the HDMI cable, make sure it’s tight
- Are the lights on the 4K extender? take a picture incase you need a service call
- No Lights – Check power cord for 4K Extender
