These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bkbusinessgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by B&K Business Group (“B&K,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Information on this Site
The Site describes the low-voltage cabling, lighting, audio/visual, CCTV, managed IT and web hosting services we offer. Content is provided for general information. Service availability, product specifications and manufacturer offerings can change, and we may update the Site at any time without notice.
Quotes and service agreements
Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a contract. Any price discussed on the Site, by phone or by email is an estimate until it appears in a written proposal, quote or service agreement from B&K. The work we perform is governed by that written proposal or agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms, the written proposal or agreement controls.
Online payments
If you pay an invoice through the Site, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for any charges your bank or card issuer applies.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers or any customer account;
- upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation; or
- copy or scrape the Site’s content for commercial use without our written permission.
We may block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Our content
The Site’s text, photos, graphics and logos belong to B&K or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. Product names and logos of manufacturers and clients belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.
Third-party links and products
The Site may link to manufacturers, partners or other websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; any B&K workmanship warranty is stated in your written proposal or agreement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. This disclaimer covers the Site only and does not change any warranty stated in your written agreement with us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B&K is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold B&K harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
